Ashour: After seeing talented people rejected before a human ever reviewed their resume, I built Ryzma to reveal what modern hiring systems actually evaluate — and to help candidates compete on merit, not formatting.
Most resume advice focuses on “beating the ATS.” The reality is more human: once your resume is parseable, it reaches a recruiter who decides in about seven seconds whether to keep reading. We believe every candidate deserves transparency into that moment — a clear picture of what gets noticed, what gets skipped, and what quietly costs interviews.
Ryzma is built around a free recruiter-focus diagnosis and an AI-powered editing workspace. Every analysis, rewrite, and job-tailored version is designed to improve clarity, relevance, and compatibility with real hiring workflows, while keeping the candidate in control. Today, professionals across industries use Ryzma to optimize their resumes, create tailored versions for specific roles, and export ATS-ready PDFs and DOCXs.
We’re expanding Ryzma from a resume optimization tool into a broader career companion, with guided interview prep and application artifacts on the roadmap. The goal stays the same: make world-class career technology accessible to everyone, starting with the resume.
